Quick question. Do Orton pyrometric cones expire? I have fired 3 times with a 06 witness cones. My 04 cones just don’t bend. I have a paragon kiln. Reply
04 cones would melt at a higher temp than an 06 cone. So what you describe is what you should experience. Please refer to the Orton Prometric Chart for more information. Reply
